1988 Formula
This is my 1988 Formula, I've had it about 8 years and have just tried to keep it running and on the road. My daughter took it to a cruise-in last week and did a pretty good job of cleaning it up. So I snapped a few pictures before I put the cover back on. She said she was asked a lot of questions that she had no idea how to answer - just that she popped the hood about a dozen times LOL. When my kids were little they used to call it the "Batmobile".

looks like a pretty nice car, can't say I care for the bra though, really takes away from the overall look of the car.

Whats under the bra is even worse - white replacement bumper after I rearended a F350. I have T/A bumpers w/foglights and ground effects to put on and have the whole thing painted gloss black black again. I know, I know Formulas didn't have ground effects, I like the look though.

Re: 1988 Formula
I do wish at times I had gotten the original hood over the t/a one but, I like both.
My original hood was a little 'worse for wear' after t-boning a lady running a red light.
Someday, a hood might actually be bolted to the car once again... pfft,
.
Somewhat strange to see a base model wing on a formula too (if I'm seeing that correctly).

Re: 1988 Formula
You are right - Formula's came with aerowing spoiler as part of package. The car was repainted once in the past losing the Formula decals. The rear deck lid looks like it was replaced because it is red underneath and there is no fitting for the third brake light switch on the body of the car. My guess - not original, but I like the wing spoiler better anyway.

There is an informal gathering in the Lowes parking lot in Brandon FL every Thursday evening - I don't really know the exact time.
