I cant answer what wind that is - but I thought it was a camaro at first

The aero wing has little tabs factory welded to the metal frame around the rear hatch. You would either have to cut them off, grind, and replace, or get new rear glass without them.

Or just buy a fiberglass aero wing like I want to do...

Re: Finally lowered the Roastedchicken

I think it might be a Camaro wing, that's why I asked. I dont think it looks too bad like that and having owned a Camaro with that wing(assuming it is a Camaro wing) I know it will actually last, and it looks better than the little pedastal wing that comes on some 'birds.

Yeah, Im aware of the tabs. Ive thought about the fiberglass wing but lack of $ can be a bitch.

Re: Finally lowered the Roastedchicken

It is a Camaro wing. I've always like the look of the high-rise Z28 spoiler on the '85-'90 Trans Am's.

Nice car Roastedchicken. Those wheels look pretty good. Now you just need some bigger brakes to fill them in.

Re: Finally lowered the Roastedchicken

Sorry it took me so long to respond guys Its acually a Wings West Camaro wing. It came on the car when i got and wasnt sure about it but since owning the car i ve fallen in love with that spoiler . It finishes the back of the off just right. Dont laugh at me but the rims are Bullit Mustang wheels but ive purchased chrome bullet caps to go in the center and completely change the look of the wheels. They look just like a really wide TT2 with the bullets . Ill post pics when i install them . PS The Bullit wheels are WAY cheaper in price than a TT2.

Re: Finally lowered the Roastedchicken

The wheels came from replicawheels.com. And the drop is 2in all around. On the front we had to remove the fender lip and inner fender well, and hack off a pinchweld on the top of wheel well. In the back we rolled the lip and thats it. It actually rubbed before i lowered and not now. It turns locked to lock no rubbing.

Re: Finally lowered the Roastedchicken

What is the offset on the wheels & tire sizes? They look perfect & did you use spacers? if so what sizes?

Thanks

those look hugely similar to a rim that just came out not long ago. shelby torq thrust m. not sure the sizes they offer but, i bought a set of chromed 1s for my car and htey are about 300 bux cheaper than the tt2s heres a pic of mine in 17s might save other future users from buying spacers if they do offer them in 20s
