They look pretty good. I would like to see one with a set of the 17" ones from year one on it. I like to the hood also

Love em.

I always wanted to do this. Hit the tires with some tire shine, maybe repaint the wheels.

Either way, they're badass.

Re: 92' bird with 77' snowflakes

Not bad , you should get the ones with the deeper offset so you have that aluminium lip.

Re: 92' bird with 77' snowflakes

That makes it look older, I like that I think WS6 Snowflakes (8") would look better though, or maybe 79-81 Turbo rims.

I don't want to come off like I'm hijacking the thread, but since a couple people mentioned the Year One 17x9 snowflake rims you can see how they look on my bird- https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/memb...rans-am-2.html

I was just giving you a hard time... okay and I also think if something has been photoshopped it should be stated... either way, your car looks great just the way it sits now!

Do the wheels require spacers or are they bolt on? I'm wondering how they'd look on my GTA now

They are bolt-on, but you have to use the washer style lug nuts that were used on 2nd gens. The fronts sit perfect and the rear wheels stick out a bit more than the crosslace rims. Here's a front and rear view to get an idea of how the offset looks:

Year One makes 15x8 replicas as well.

Yeah, I had no idea the 2nd gens used different style lug nuts than our cars. Good thing I found out before I ruined the rims! I just bought mine individually at the parts store.
