My Firebird

I have been meaning to do this for the last couple of weeks but only just got around to it, but at the beginning of May I bought a 1989 Firebird.
I have had Firebirds in the past, a 78 Esprit, 83 Trans Am and a 1990 Grand Prix. For the past 10 years I have been into Land Rovers (I live in the UK) but something was missing.

So I found a 1989 Firebird in really good condition. It has a V6 with the 4 speed auto. It is Gunmetal Grey and heavily optioned - hatch roof, cruise, air con, remote deck release, heated rear screen, cargo screen, interior lamp group. The most important things is that it is completely original. It was built for export and spent its first ten years in either Belgium or The Netherlands before being imported into the UK.

The only downside is that I cannot find the build sheet - it probably went years ago!

It needs respraying (without the build sheet it has been difficult identifying the shade because in 89 two shades of Gunmetal were listed - see my earlier thread) which is where it is at the moment and when it is painted I will post some pictures.

Re: My Firebird

Cool, is it true that landrover guys would rather push a landrover than drive a range rover?
