Too bad you are letting it go... If you were not in WA I might have considered it being it would be a long trip back to MI

welp... it didnt sell, and i'm not desparate to get it sold either. in the end, it may work out that time will pass, and whatever money i invested in the car will be forgotten and it'll just be a TTA to the stable. one thing i will say though is that of the three TTAs that were up for auction, mine was by far the best deal - lowest mileage, best condition, Goodyear GSCs?, THDP (have original DP), Scanmaster, and id've let it go for around 5 grand less than the asking price by the dealers who were selling the other two.

Re: TTA 1119
welp, plans have changed. so right now, the plan is that i'm keeping the TTA and am going to try and sell the Mustang. i like the Mustang, but out of all 4 cars in my garage ['67 Firebird rolling chasis, '89 Formula 350, '89 TTA, and '89 LX Mustang w/ AOD... the Mustang is just the least interesting to me out of the bunch - even if selling it will make it an "All Firebird Garage."
just got a TA Performance (1802) diff cover for it, since i'm going to service the rear diff anyway. am going to take it to the shop for a transmission flush, plus have new motor mounts installed (to see if that will fix the false knock from 3" TDP. while its on the rack, i will also have the catalytic converter punched through.
i also just ordered two subwoofer enclosures from username Buggy Disaster (one for the TTA, one for the Formula). i'll soon be having the windows tinted and installing a modern stereo system. on that note, does anyone know how the power antenna feature and the radio controls on the steering wheel feature play into the installation of an aftermarket head unit?

Re: TTA 1119
took out the factory tape deck and installled this modern deck with AUX and USB inputs. finally got around to installing that subwoofer too. this is going to make the car a lot more fun to drive around. when i removed the sail panels, i found that there were already some Pioneer 4-way 6x9s installed. there were also quality aftermarket 4x6s under the dash.
