Took TTOP out yesterday.
John (89TTA) and I left at 8:30 am, meet up with I55 firebirds in Maryville IL, took the ferry across the river at Grafton IL and had lunch in St Charles MO . Worked our way back home, stopped at Brian Vs house (had a 89 tta and 91 trans am) to chat and check out his projects then ran to another friends house to check out his toys and hung out. Finished the day off at park n eat for supper. Put the car away at 9pm 2.5 tanks of fuel and lots of "spirited" miles driven.
Great day of cruising, friends, food and a ton of fun

It's a 91 formula 350, original color.

 

Feel like I’ve seen that shade on V6 cars maybe? I think this is the first Formula I’ve seen. Good looking color and car, especially with the wheels!

Nothing like that going on here in Michigan. From Springfield, my brother and his car buddies have been running down to Missouri quite often for car shows to attend.

 

Looks like a blast. Id have been sweatin bullets with all that nice iron on that ferry. Seen too many youtube horror clips

 

except fer the ferry ride i'd sure like to be in that parade....

Another weekend in the books. a few of us headed to Pontiac IL for the GTO all Pontiac show. Perfect weather and great people equals a ton of fun!

Cars look beautiful! Love those 4th gen wheels on our cars....not too familiar with the power bludge hoods but how are those gauges setup? Also, very cool mini bird!

 

Sweet! I had that event on my calendar, but couldn't make it work this year. I know they have several event at the museum in Pontiac throughout the year. I'll make it to one of them one of these days.
