I think an inch and a half is about as far as I would want to go for a street driven car. If you've got subframe connectors on your car, they'll drag like hell if you go any lower than that. Just a little drop will make your car scrape just a bit. Cosmetically, I think it's better looking than having that dumb *** slammed look.

Depends on which brand of SFCs you have.

1" - 1.5" is a good, tasteful drop.

My opinion is like the others, 1" to 1.5" is a nice drop for a driver.

This is what a .75" front and 1.25" rear drop looks like on 16" wheels.

Try this, measure the amount of space from the top of the tire to the edge of the fender. This will give u an idea of how much space u need to get rid off. My car needed a full 2" (spindles) drop in front and I went with 1.5" in back to give it some rake.

Specifically ask Mr. Iroc-z. J/K

For our cars, 2 inches is pushing it. Around here we have what we call "driveways". I know some of you back east don't have curbs, so you might not understand what I'm talking about. I have an '81 Elcamino that is on the ground. I did it just for looks, and I scrape everywhere. The difference is, with third-gens, the front extends alot more. So a little drop is actually alot.
