ok i know it is a direct bolt up.. but my question is about the front of the car. the 4th gen wheels fit with ease as long as you have the 4th gen rear. but what about the front rims.. i heard once you have to have spacers. but i dont understand how they work..any help is help.. thanks all..

I believe that the 4th gen front spindles stick outboard further and therefor their wheels have more built in offset. The spacers make up the difference in 3rd and 4th gen offsets so the wheels sit in the correct location on your vehicle.

I believe the standard spacer size on the front is 2.25 inches. I am using 1.75 inch spacers with ZR1 wheels due to my Baer brakes. These brakes push the wheels out further dictating less spacer size.

These spacers are simple to bolt into place as they just slip over your 5 lugs and then you put some cheap acorn lugs on them. Then they have 5 new lugs that stick out for the new wheel to bolt to.
