My wife and companion of over 10 years Jessi passed away suddenly on the 31st at the age of 27 right in front of me and my daughter was downstairs and had to hear it all. We suspect that possibly a blood clot went to her brain as she had a very bad blood clotting disorder and was having difficulties with it at the time.
She will forever be my true other half and I will miss her greatly for the rest of my life.
Kiss your wifes or husbands when you see them and tell them you love them, they can be gone forever at any given moment.

Re: R.I.P. my beloved wife
I haven't been on in a few days and I wasn't expecting such a big outpouring of well wishes, Thank you all. Things are still very rough here for us all and nothing is going right still, I'm just trying to hang onto hope that things will work out and be alright soon.

Re: R.I.P. my beloved wife
These things never go well. Your daughter needs you to be a pillar for her. When my wife passed away 4 years ago, I fell apart and let my children down. We are just coming back from that now. Please don't let this happen. Members of the family may go through this in their own way. There may be anger or blaming or hurt feelings. There will certainly be confusion and regret. If you are calm and remember to love and be patient, you can bring healing power into this tragic time.

Re: R.I.P. my beloved wife
To make things even better my dog died last night and after dropping her off at the vet to be buried I had to go pick up my wifes ashes. I'm having a rough time right now to say the very least. Nothing is right at this moment at all.
ASE doc, I'm sorry to hear you had to go through this too. I can only hope it goes better for me and I don't need that long to recover and that things keep improving for you, but only time will tell.

I understand the feeling of loosing someone much like you have. ASE doc is right, you need to remain a pillar of strength for you and yours. Don't shut her out, she needs you as much as you need her. You have my deepest sympathy.
