rip-off in Norfolk, VA

In May of this year i brought my car to Accurate Tune in Norfolk, VA (the ocean-view location) because my car was ticking loud and running like crap. they kept the car for 2 weeks and all they did was adjust my rockers and replace my starter. They didnt even fix the problem! it ran the same as before!
lets see what they did do:

1. Charged me approx. $700 for nothing
2. Broke off one of my rocker arm bolts and didnt even tell me. (i found that out on my own on friday when i pulled the valve covers)
3. Didn't even give me a receipt
4. wanted to charge me $1800 to rebuild a cylinder head!
5. The manager was extremely rude when i would call to check the status of the car, and when i refused to pay $1800 for a rebuilt head.
6. And they stole my Haynes manual I had sitting in the passenger seat!

End result: They suck and avoid their shops at all costs.

I see what you mean, they actually caused problems so they could fix them to get paid and used your car to create business.

Really sound business solutions dont you think?!? I see in their mind that money before customer service is the key - wont get you very far to gain a good reputation. rofl
