He did mine too. He's an EXCELLENT welder, top notch fabricator (just look at some of the stuff around his shop), and down to earth guy. I'd go back for more work in a heartbeat. I was very pleased with the install of my 4th gen exhaust, and spohn SFC's.

Re: lookin for a shop
Back from the dead thred, I need a different shop, tyson was a complete **** to me, wasnt even there at are appointment we made. if you guys want details ill let you know but i just need a better shop around 20902 md
Re: lookin for a shop
damn that sucks, he was nice to me and that was my first time really meeting him when he did my y-pipe on my 4th gen.
I think most exhaust places can get it done, try places like Midas. Most sfc's bolt to the back lca body mounts and just swing up and you just weld away for the most part so you cant really have them installed wrong. the most important step is making sure the suspension is loaded or at least make sure the body is square and not tweaked before welding.

Has your car ever been in a major wreck? Not sure? Just check your body panel alignment and signs or mis matching panels and so on.
Re: lookin for a shop
Just make sure the suspension is loaded, a ride on lift would be optimal.
If not a regular lift with the arms under the body making sure it even on all sides is another choice.
When i did my weld ons at my grandfathers house, I put ramps under the front tires and jacked the rear end and put jack stands on the rear end right near the shock mounts, not very fun welding and hardly have to much room to move around while welds are flying around.
I did the same thing for my bolt on sfc's, however, those are easy to install since they bolt up to existing holes.
