Stuck in Norfolk for a few days...
Anyone want to hang out? I am stuck waiting on my flight from Norfolk and have until the 18th to do whatever. I'm at the Norfolk Naval Base.
I was going to rent a car, but they are closed today, and a Taxi to the Boardwalk was quoted around $55
