yup

The IROC is only the 2nd toy. I love it (the Car) but it will never replace the Biker as the number one toy!!! what sucks is I am about to come into about $1000 from taxes and some other stuff, I don't know what to do with it. do I put it into the bike? spring is coming!!! or do i put it into the car? (the new toy) ah the complications of life (then there is the money i am going to get when i sell my POS other car) what part of Jersey are you from?
I grew up around newark?Kearny area.

MORE BIKERS, ROCK ON. This weather has me so pissed. I ripped the bike apart two weeks ago to get the fenders and new tank (3.9 gallon) painted. This weather makes me want to ride!!!! BikertrashDude, what do you ride? I’ve got an 86 Sporty now, saving for a softail springer. :hail: Harley-Davidson!!!

And I’m up for a get-together……

Hang in there1991tealRSt-topGuy, If you what one bad, you’ll get one. Nice ride BikertrashDude. I’ll have to get a pic. of my sporty up, when I get it back together. This quick repaint has become a repaint, clean and touch up the frame, replace the oil lines, replaced chain, new coil, wires, plugs, plus the little odd and ends like the rubber studs that mount the oil tank and battery tray, polish the fork now that the fender is off. It should be done by the middle of summer.

Norfolk VA here; got an 83 with some new serious issues (died on 64 between Tidewater Drive and Chesapeake Boulevard on 1/30/02 8 am). I have no idea what's wrong, but lots of white smoke and I felt something come off the front of the car (right side of car when sitting in it). UGH!!!

Hi I'm new to this board but I've been on camaroz28 for a while.
I like to do a cruise. I checked out a few clubs around here and I did not have to time or they where lame. As for a get togeter you all remember Jenro's? The sat night cruise is did not die when they folded. It moved down to the Farmfresh by Indy and Witchduck here at the beach. Most of us can meet there when they start again in a few months. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a cool drive.

Hello

Mt. Airy Maryland here. We most definitely need a cruise and I know there are a lot of people on this board who still haven't noticed this mid atlantic board. I know of 4 more members in my area who haven't posted in this board yet, hell I just found it myself.

i'll swing by if i can find it without zipping right by.

Does anyone remember that? I attached a picture below. Sorry if I stretch the window. The original picture was 3000 pixels wide.. hehe

I live in Severn, MD, between Ft. Meade and BWI Airport, grew up in Glen Burnie (or as we call it, Glen Burnout). I usually go to Capitol and 75/80, sometimes MIR with the MAFB.org (not to be confused with MAFBA!) group, but I get most of my best times at Capitol. I hope to get out there next Friday night, the 22nd, to collect my 12-second timeslips that I've been dying for since last fall.

I agree. A gathering is in order. Elk Creek is my usual strip, but I'd be willing to come down to Bristol, or even go over to Princeton.

For any interested in car gatherings in the Charles Town, WV area. This Friday, what the 12th of Apr.? The ConeZone on 340, in the FoodLion parking lot (Gold's Gym) will start hosting again in the evening hours. It's a little bit of everything, but there are some really nice rides around most of the time so check it out!

It's Certainly good enough to start making some mods too and seeing where you can take it from there, Anjacot. Nice shape-are those vette wheels on there? Never seen it strung up that way before. Very unique. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Yeah, there vette wheels. I don't think they were that good looking new but the previous owner didn't take very good care of them. I am going scrounging the weekend for "new" ones. Chevy Hi Performace mag just had a ariticle on cheap upgrades that said you can run 16x9.5 wheels on them with low-pro tires.

It has a new 305 and a new Quadra-jet. The original engine had a blown head gasket. Got to work on the emmisions next.
I plan to do more with the engine but I had to get it on the road so I could sell my truck. (Wife says I only get one toy at a time.
There is a great performance place in MD. Its just up the street from Andrews Air Force Base called Speed Unlimited. (right off the belt way on the south side) I have a friend here who runs street mod dragsters and he told me about them. You can pick up a four-bolt main 350 making 300hp for around 1500. Which is only about 300 more than a stock re-man on from Autozone. They have everything to go with it down to show quality bolts. (Web site www.speedunlimted.com) My goal within the next 3-4 years is to drop a 350 make 300-400 ponies. But since the engine runs fine I am going to start with interior and work my way out. I am going to Brandywine Parts and ripping the seats out of a 97 Camraro that just got total last weekend.
