the gathering will be held this saturday, may 4th @ 7 p.m. we will start at a memorial park located at the north east corner of woodward and 13 mile. we will bbq until about sunset and then we will go for a cruise on woodward and possibly to it's brother spot gratiot upon group decision. the park is very easy to find, the only downside is there is only one real area for us to park, it's located off of starr road which is half a mile north of 13 mile off of woodward. because we cannot reserve a parking lot and the park is public we might run out of spots so please try to show up on time and as close to 7 pm as possible so you aren't stuck in the south employee lot away from the action. this is a very simple location that in the day time will be easily seen.......if for some reason anyone has a problem with finding the park or think they might please email me for directions.

as most of you know a few are planning on having a bbq, there are ample grills located through out the park, however these are the standard park type grills that will involve some standard utensils.....cleaning supplies, charcoal, fluid, etc. if you are interested in partaking in the bbq please try to bring some supplies that you may have as well as any little bit of food, chips, or drink (no alcohol please) that you would like to eat. we will be right off of woodward and will have access to stores if need be, but please do not rely on this. please try to bring whatever you can so that we don't rely on one person to supply everything for everyone.

anyone and everyone is welcome to come, although this is a thirdgen gathering and while we would like to try to keep it to just thirdgens it has come aparent that that feat may be impossible. feel free to invite all who are interested in thirdgens rather they drive a minivan or a honda....if for some reason we run out of parking space in the north lot those who are not thirdgens will be asked kindly to park in the south lot for obvious photo opt reasons.

please feel free to bring any type of photo equpment as this event shall bring great photo oportunities.

we hope this gathering becomes an event that all of us can appreciate and enjoy planning in the future, please act on your best behavior as the park and parking is located very close to the local residents........they will not hesitate to call the police if people get out of hand and neither will we. remember; cars don't spin tires......people do! so please keep your cars and persons undercontrol...
