I'm selling a 305 longblock from a '90 IROC. The engine runs okay but is missing the TPI and serpentine belt system. I don't know what kind of mileage the engine has. I'm selling this pick up only!!! I'm located about 40 minutes south of Chicago. $50 firm.

 

any idea what the heads are. I might be very interested.

 

hey, give me some prices on some full engines or longblocks if you have some laying around, doesn't have to be anything special, i know some guys down here looking for engines for demo cars, cheap is a priority

 

Well, that's basically all I know. It is a 305 TPI engine from a '90 IROC. I know it was rebuilt at one time but I don't know when. You can tell by looking at the engine that it couldn't have been to recent.

 

Well, I think this would make a pretty good demo engine and $50 isn't too bad. I just want the thing out of here.

 

I am still looking for a stock set of 350 TPI heads. If anyone has some (or a longblock for cheap...) that they would be willing to let go, let me know.

i have a pair of 624 heads that are 1.94/1.50s They came out of a 70s vette. Anyways if you're interested i'd let them go cheap, they are all stripped down and have been hot tanked once.

 

I am just looking for something that would work with with my stock motor. I those will work, let me know. I dont think those heads are compatible with the '89 TPI setup though.
