You guys really should hit up that lot I am talking about as there is usually quite a few sweet cars in there. Lots of F-bodies and a few muscle cars and Mustangs. I obviously like F-bodies, but I appreciate any car/truck that is taken care of and can perform. Plus once you get to know the guys they are all pretty cool regardless of the vehicle they drive. There are a couple of ~1000 RWHP cars that frequent the lot too
(only wish mine was one of them!)BTW, That black Formula looks pretty freakin' clean
. Wish my car was in that nice of shape

Thanx for the complement matt, I try to keep it as nice as possible, yea i will go down to the target lot again on friday around 8:30 pm, I just got a LT1, unfortuantely it isn't in yet and probably wont be for another month or more, I paid 1000.00 and got the entire engine and tranny with 120k and perfect running condition, i will probably rebuild but maybe not because i want it in sooooo bad NOW! I dont even know where the aquatic center is, is that right across from arbys? Neway thanx again for the complement and soon enough (after winter) the car will be in almost perfect shape with a LT1 and a Ram Air hood, My car will kick even more *** than it already does, dont worry about the no show at least some1 was there and i wasn't just standing there alone

If it isn't raining I will be there. Not sure what time, but I will definately head down there (from Shoreview) Friday and probably Saturday too... Saturday depends on how detained I get with my 383 project.... Might be finishing up the final touches on the engine build so that it can get swapped in next weekend.
BTW, any of you want/know somebody that would want a Flowmaster 3" American Thunder cat-back? I just swapped a 4" Mufflex system on and am looking for a buyer for my old cat-back. It is for single cat cars, in pretty nice shape (no rust, just a little dirty here and there), and has about 10k on it. I would really like to sell it locally so I don't have to mess with shipping.

What do you want for the exhaust system? i'd probbably be interested. i've always wondered how that system sounds, somewhat like a 40 series?

I would like to get $250 out of it (it lists in Summit for $320).
There are a couple of sound clips and movies on my web site of my car with that system on it if you want to check it out. I really liked the way it sounds but I needed to upgrade to support my 383... The Mufflex sounds very similar, just deeper since it is a 4" system.
There is a picture of it on my website too (not all that great but it shows the tips...). This is the system with a single in, dual outlet 80 series muffler and is 3" throughout with dual 3" polished stainless outlets on it.
It would support a stock or mildly built LT1 or TPI setup quite well. If you are looking at making big power you might want to get a 4" system though.

I think we can work something out on the cat-back....
Well I think I am just going to head over to the lot I usually hang out at (see map on first page). If any of you are down there feel free to stop by! Look for a red GTA with silver 17" 5-spokes (I am usually the only GTA down there anyways....) You can see pics of my car if you follow the link in my sig.

You have to come later then that. Show up at like 10 or something. I got down there at about 11 and there were still plenty of people to talk to. Mat87GTA even is there late.

Yeah it was cool meeting ya Grover. That thing sounds pretty dam* mean!
I posted above that I was just going to head to the "mobil" lot that I talked about before instead of meeting in the Target lot since I didn't know if anybody was even planning on coming down. I kind of thought that if anybody was still coming down that they would roll over there. That is kind of the place to meet if you have a late model car anyways.
Porkys is nice as well and sometimes people meet in there but usually the older cars take over their lot early in the evening plus they have been charging money to park or drive through their lot lately and that is pretty gay. That and there are usually NO cops down at the mobil lot.
Anyways, it looks like tonight is out given the weather but the next time I head down there I will try to roll through the Target lot as well as heading down to the usual place.

500 HP has me beat for sure, I dont have money for that kind of hp right now, i am slowing going to mod it, plus i need to get a T-56 because i guess the T-5 will only hold up to like 275 lbs of TQ... i am eventually going to have a LT4 hotcam and aluminum ported head, and a 52mm throttle body, thats all i have in store for now anyway, there will be other things but i need to pay for college too...
That sux i would have liked to see your car, anyone else coming down?

Hey are you still interested in that cat-back? Here's a pic of it:
I need to get it out of here so I will take $200 if you can come get it this week.
I also have an LT4 Hot Cam for sale too..... And some Comp Pro Magnum rockers.....

I have day and night classes tomorrow but I should be able to call ya in the afternoon around 4pm... Thursday afternoon/evening and pretty much all of Friday I will probably be hanging around the garage working on the car some so they would be best for me as far as checking the stuff out/picking it up.
