The Exhaust is ON!
Well people the title says it all. I don't have the car back yet because he is also rerouting the brake lines(the headers were almost touching them). It sounds amazing. Probably the best exhaust I have ever heard. It even sounds better than a Vette IMO.

Only 450 bucks. Im still amazed at the price.
If I were to buy the Heddman Y pipe for 100 and the Flowmaster catback at 330 and buy more pipe for the I pipe at 35. The total with shipping would be almost 550 bucks. That doesnt even include the many hours of labor. The quality of materials and installation I would have been willing to pay hundreds more.
Also the Flowmaster muffler only had 2 1/2" outlets on it.

Not bad, $450 isn't bad for a custom exhaust setup. Specially if its all mandrel bent.

Can't deny that, but look at the rpm's where the hp is picked up, shorties keep the low end torque and have pretty comparable hp numbers down where it counts on a street car. My comment wasn't entirely accurate though, what I should of said was that lt's are a pain in the *** and they won't win any noticable hp on a daily driver.

Long tubes are almost always the best way to go, but on thirdgens they are a pain to install, not to mention shorties are cheaper.
I'm running shorties on the RS, but I'm getting long tubes for the truck, I need to keep the torque
