i am thinking of making them for out cars for either in the ttop well or on top of the gas tank. just seeing if anyone is interested. can be carpeted any color as interiors let me know.

can also make boxes for any other cars if given specs

 

I think on top of the gas tank would be horrible, in an accident, it'd be a bad deal. Several companies make sub boxes for our cars, I bought mine from the local stereo shop after a few friends and I tried making 5 or 6 boxes, ended up only paying $75 for the pro built one and it displaces more than I thought there was in the trunk. Lots of odd angles and notches, but it fits perfectly. Find a competent kid in a HS woodshop class that needs a project and you can get all the sub boxes you need at cost.

 

yeah well u see i am a kid in a HS woodshop class that is making them right now . i just built one for the well that turned out very good and is rather big. i will have pics up soon any if anyone is interested. but the only thing is shipping might kill it unless you wanted to coem pick it up
