Mt. Clemens meeters, beware!
Ok, so last wednesday was my first time at Mt. Clemens for the wednesday night car meets. It was really cool, had lots of fun, got to see and meet Kandied91Z for the first time, and I had a blast. No cops in sight, and we were all doing burnouts on the way out of our parking lot. I go yesterday, adn there was crappy weather, so there weren't AS many cars out, but still a few. There were cops ALL OVER! I mean everywhere! Well, I pulled into the parking lot, and there was a parking space open between 2 mustangs. Me being the cocky lil bastard, brake torqued my car, while I was slowly pulling into the parking spot. It looked awesome! There was smoke everywhere, and everyone was watching. As soon as I park, I see a cop enter the parking lot, and I automatically pull out my liscense and registration, because I KNEW there was no way he didn't notice a 20ft cloud of smoke coming from my back tires. He takes my liscense, reg, and proof of insurance, and goes back to his patrol car. He waits in there for about 10 minutes, comes out, and says to me "Have you ever been arrested in Mt. Clemens?" I reply "No". He tells me to get out of my car, and get into the back of his squad car. I was scared sh-tless (I JUST turned 18. I wasn't afraid of jail, I was afraid of explaining it to my parents, I already have 9 points on my liscense). He tells me I was driving Recklessly, and that it was up to him to decide if I go to jail or not. He tells me to give him a reason why I shouldn't go to jail, and I reply "Uhhh, jail rape?". He laughs, and lets me off the hook. No ticket, no written warning, just tells me to "use better judgement before I do something stupid like that." I KNOW I was stupid, but man was it fun!
yeah it was terrible weather....
not even going to get into the story, i'd be pissed though if you pulled that parking next to me. sounds like you learned your lesson the easy way which is good.

I went there tonight, right when it was raining! I DID manage to see your car Kandied! Did you put different wheels on it? There were a lot of nice cars there, but due to the weather, the burnout contest and flamethrower contests were cancelled.
burnout contest was at 7 pm...it wasn't canceled. no i didn't put new wheels on it. the same ones i've had for over a year now...
i had it parked on a side street just off the main drag. i didn't stick around long enough for the flame throwing contest...left about 9:30.
