anybody have a good source on info for T56 conversions? T5's are just noisy pieces of crap. if anyone has done the six speed conversion or knows where to get info on it that would be great.

we did this to my car and the only major issue we had to overcome was to get a ratio adapter from this place...http://www.tacomaspeedometer.com/index.htm it was the ONLY place i found that had what i needed.

hey guys thanks for the tips, i read that article and just bought the SGI-5 to help deal with my current speedo inaccuracy. ever since i installed the new rear its been way off.
i think im going to try and find a donor trans/car for the t56. that way i can get all the wiring connectors and whatever else i need.
where did you guys get your t56 from? any good sources for this stuff? how much did the whole job run you?
