I've been having a discussion with many peopel about what happens if you don't pass your emissions, you dont get the waver, and you just keep on failing and eventually just give up. Do they just not give you your little sticker ont he license plate/windshield, or do they suspend your license plates? Thanks.

 

The will suspend the plates and/or your license if I remember correctly.

 

They aren't messing around anymore. They automatically suspend the registered owner's license and the cars plates on the deadline day posted on your notice. Once you pass they will unsuspend it. I finally passed on the day of my suspension and had it reinstated over the phone without any fines.
