yea, i dont have a thirdgen yet, but i plan to get one with in the next 2 years or so. been busy this winter snowmobiling alot.
I'll have to try and get some of my pics up. I have one kind of like Phantoms pic except its 2 REALLY REALLY LONG burn out marks, so long in fact the pic can't get the entire length of the burnout marks lol. I did it in my 84.

man my burnout pics get me excited for spring!!! after Dave84bird gets the pics up look at the one with just the tire marks on the road, you can still see tire smoke in the air and in case anyone is wondering, nothing was put on my tires to get them to smoke and both burnout pics are the same burnout.

those are some nice pics. i always do burnouts with my couzin alot when im with him, he has a 91 formula, and he had some tires on it that were worn down bad, i mean like bald, and he got pulled over. Teh cops were giving him a hard time because the cops said they were slicks. lmao. you can see that they are worn and not a slick tire.

I would be willing to do a smoke show but i dont have a camera guy so it kinda defeats the purpose other than a little personal enjoyment.

lol kinda depends, if you have say a bone stock 305 then def yes. I know another guy with a stroker motor in his car like mine and you don't even need to do it(brake+gas) to get a REALLY nice burnout. traction can be a major issue with cars sportin a stroker motor lol.I still have stock suspension so that doesn't help any and I don't have any slicks right now either so the street tires can break loose pretty easily with no problem at all. stroker motor by no meens makes anyone king of the hill, at the Car Craft show every year in July my car looks more like a daily driver compared to some of the cars there, my 84 T/A is strickly for fun period.

when i did mine i popped the clutch and then held the brake on till the tire was spinning at a nice speed and then just let off the gas and hammer the gas and it just kept goin for that length.
i can get about a 2/5 as long as burnouts as that one if i pop the clutch at like 4 grand and just ride it out with no brake, and then 2nd gear is about half the length of first and 3rd gear is just a little chirp.. not bad for stock i thought
there we go, nothing like drivers side burn out pics!!! most pics are always taken of the pass side b/c of a peg leg. Dave 84bird and I did a whole bunch when we both still had peglegs(and my car was still 100%stock back then), now I have posi and another mod or 2 and Dave should have his posi in soon so we'll have to take some new ones of Daves.
