AC delete.

You just need a AC delete pulley to replace were your AC compressor pulley is. Then just unhook everything and pull it all out. Everything on the firewall can stay or you can get a unit that is just for heat. Do a search on "AC delete" and you will get a lot of threads to read. Not hard at all.
