Finally found a Third Gen

Hey guys, I have been lurking around here for a few years and have missed my 91 z28 since I sold it in college. Fortunately, I think I might have found a great car to replace it. I came acrossed a 1992 z28 heritage edition and am in the middle of sealing the deal. The car appears to be very solid mechanically and has a very straight body. It has 125K on it with a 305 auto and t-tops. The main issues with it are cosmetic. The car is black with red heritage edition stripes, the black has begun oxidizing in some spots and the clear coat is pealing in some areas. The front chin spoiler has a crack, and the only rust is on the underside of the hatch. The interior is pretty good, dash has a small crack and the drivers seat has a small tear. T-tops are ok, but will need to be refinished and new weatherstripping may be needed. Overall I think the car is pretty clean and should be fun to start working on. I have a few questions though, are the heritage edition cars really worth that much more than a regular z28? The NADA value seems to be much higher. What would you guys think would be a good ballpark price on this car? thanks

305 ouch...I would hold out for a 350 car imo. Otherwise you might get embarrassed by some family car with a v6 pulling away from you.
