I dunno if this place has any locations close enough for you to drive to, but you can always ship your wheels.
I had them do 2 of mine a couple years back & the wheels were great. Never have given me any problems.

Were you doing 15"s or 16"s? I ask because there are VERY few 16" tires that need wider wheels than what the stock 8"s are, unless they are pure race (autocross) tires & even then.....Not many.

Your 9" would be fine (obviously) but the 10" they may or may not do. I think their standard limit is 2", but do widen some wider, depending on the wheel. You'd just hafta ask them or find another place if they won't.
I just went 2" because the extra 1" woulda created way more work for clearance. The extra 2" was "bad" enough.

I've never been much into draggin' so I'm not a good source of info as to what width/sidewall aspect works out to. Overall diameter will be your main concern after the bs.
I can tell that in the rear of the wheel well there is a good bit more room than the front. The very front lower corner was my biggest enemy, besides the bumpstop that I had to completely cut out.
With a 15" wheel your be more limited on the bs (i have 7"bs) because it can't fit over things like the bumpstop or the parking brake lever like my 17" could. I had to make a few cuts the the parking brake lever & bend it back for the wheel to clear it.

With only a 10" wheel you should have quite a bit of room, depending on what the bs ends up at.
