Does anyone know when US41,IRP or any other tracks open. I doesn't matter where they are located.

As far as IRP..go check out the message board at www.indycamaro.com . These guys are always running over there. They should be able to let you know the tracks schedule.

I think IRP starts sometime in May. I'll probably be out there as soon as they start, its been a long winter. They don't have their schedule up yet on their webpage but they should soon.

spud, The Indiana chapter of the MFBA is renting Muncie Dragway on June 16th it's $25 and we have the track to ourselves. Anyone that pays is welcome to race. We only need 8 more guys to get the minimum number.

US41 is an hour and a half. IRP is an hour and 15 minutes. I live about 80 miles due south of us41 1 mile across the border into IL.

I second 89ProchargedROC statement....

I know we always goto US41 instead of Rte66...You can at least get more than one run in for the night/day...

More like 20 or so depending on how long and if you let your car cool down in between runs...

I read in the Sunday Star that IRP just ripped up the track and the new one wont be in place until April sometime. They are trying to turn it into a nicer place for NHRA to race at.
