Hey guys, just wondering, I am getting ready to do a 305 to 350 swap in my 91' Firebird. Two questions, one, don't know what engine I am going with (350 from truck, 350 from goauto, or LO5 stock replacement) any suggestions on what to go with? Either way, I'll be using a TBI unit. Also, if anyone near where I am is interested in making a few extra dollars and is willing to help with the swap or has knowledge with one before please get a hold of me. I've never done one before and could probably use some guidance through the whole thing. Thanks to any help you guys can give.

 

I will be out in Green Bay next week if you need any help with anything. I used to have a 91 Bird and have a REAL soft spot for them. I will also be moving to Green Bay next July.

yeah, well, the swap my come later than I wanted it to. I may end up getting a job here that takes me from Appleton to DePere every day, SO I may end up having to geta daily driver and get the engine after the new car is paid off. When I say new, I mean new to me, not NEW new. Anyway, we''l see what happens, what ideas you got? If I end up getting a daily driver, I could go with a more radical engine since it wouldn't have to be drivne every day, hmmmmmm, this could be fun! Big block?

 

oh and by the way, the Z is bad *** lookin, like the gta's, nice work, and the girl isn't bad either, thought you'd have to go out of the state to find one like that!

 

ha....she found me....very nice girl..if we meet up over the summer at wir you'll get to meet her...she tries to tell me i talk funny and she is the one with the accent..lol
