Well hey, you got one member here. Let me know. Some of my buddies in wichita were gonna start an f-body club. I think they were gonna name it the 'F-U-F-body club'. They're a bunch of goobers. I would refer to my f-body friends as my F-buddies, but somehow that just doesn't sound right. hmmm...
Since you don't appear to be getting a lot of replies here you should post this on the southern rockies board too. Also there's an f-body club already in KC, on the MO side.

i've been kicking the idea around of a midwest thirdgen club. i'm wondering how we would set things up, as i'm from ohio. what is exactly considered the "midwest"? i would like to see a group kind of like the cascade crew, with a website, club items like stickers, etc. we have some good graphic designers, and im sure we have some good web designers here, lets see some ideas posted. i propose that if we do any club items such as license plate frames, or stickers, all monies collected would go towards the running of the club website. i work for an isp, so i might be able to swing a deal on some hosting. let's keep things posted, and see where the river goes.

i would proudly become a member of a midwest thirdgen club. i'll post a few ideas for some names and a logo in a couple days or so.

Haha! Yeah, I wouldn't use that term .

Anyway, I'd be interested, but I couldn't travel too far with work 6 days a week and school. It would be a lot easier in the summer without school. Maybe if we made different "branches" for people in the same area. Theres a post in the NW Indiana and South Chicago Suburbs board about a possible spring meeting, and we're all not too far away. So if we get a few branches set up, and maybe a site for each branch or something.. hmm...

i agree, metalli. i'm going to school 4 days a week, and working 5, then thinking about picking up another job...... my time would be pretty limited until summer also. thinking about moving out, too, so i may not be able to contribute much, but we'll see what happens.

i'm envisioning an ohio thirdgen site, and a northeast ohio club of some sort. as i've said, we'll see what happens.

metalli, could you throw me an email about how to post a photo in my signature? my address is robertg@onecom.com

I live outside Detroit, and I know of about four friends who have third gens who would be willing to be members of a thirdgen club. I believe meetings in summer would be alot better, for all our cars are up for the year already and it is currently snowing. I would love any news about this...
Thanks

this isn't totally thirdgen, but we are in the process of starting a club for anyone who wants to "show" as well as "go". obviously, we will represent the northeastern part of ohio, and our name is FLY Technologies. FLY stands for Fast, Loud, Young. so far, we are represented by three thirdgens, a secondgen cavalier, and an s10 pickup. i know, i know, but we got tired of seeing the ricers, and hearing so many other people wishing they had a group to hang out with, so we decided to create our own. i'll keep everyone posted, as we are still developing things.

Well if you need any members from St. Louis I'm here. There is a Missouri F-body club that is actually very large so a lot of people around here are probubly in it already.

If you need I could get plenty of members from around here though.
