Anybody have a 285/40-R18 tire I can use for fitup?

Gonna test my luck and see if anybody has a spare tire sitting around? New/old, it doesn't matter. I just want to use it for mock up so I can measure out wheel specs for my car.

Thank you for the offer. I already bought tires for this year. I will probably look at new sizes next year.

Re: Anybody have a 285/40-R18 tire I can use for fitup?

I had 285/35/18 - 18x10.5 all the way around and just put some 285/40/18's on the rear.
Any measurements I can get for you?
The 35's bolted on no issues, the 40's required breaking out some metal bending tools

That is exactly what I was wondering.

Your wheel specs would be a helpful reference point. Thanks.

Stock 84 rear end with discs.
18x10.5 z06 wheels 58 offset
2" spacers
+7 effective offset with spacers.
~6" backspacing with spacers.
285/40/18 goodyear eagle f1 supercar tires.
Tires barely clear bumpstops at full droop but never hit.
Fenders needed to be rolled mildly with a baseball bat to keep from cutting the tire . I took the rear springs out to check for clearance.

If you modified your bumpstop a 1/4" and pushed the wheels in a 1/4" there would be no problem with the fenders but you would need to whack 2 spots in the inner fender for clearance. No free lunch
