Cool. How did u go about doing that? I have seen alot signs on ebay like that that light up using a neon or LEDs placed on one edge. And how did u get the edges that clear?

i can do almost any font, iroc, camaro firebird, chevelle... you name it. i just did a 454 one becouse i have one in my 91 camaro.
i have a prototype base with leds, but i havent got around to making alot of em.
i mill the plexi, then buff it out with a buffer. i made the font and symbol on an engraver at the shop. Just kinda wanted to see the reaction and here the gripes before i do a small run.
How much do you all think these should go for?

The signs i saw on ebay were goin for 9.99 but you have to pay for the shipment from Asia and that was like 14.99. but even $25 is not bad for something like that. It would look good in a garage or in a car at a show.

That doesnt look too bad. The only thing that i might do different is make the base a little bit longer and put a nother LED or two to light it up a little more. How much u think u would sell them for?

I dont know yet.. all depends on how much i have in it.. right now i just want to do third gen and chevelle stuff, plus leds are still kinda a mystery to me. cant figure how to wire em custom.
so its still a work in progress... ill let you know when the bugs are worked out.. at least there is interest..

Yeah, a reproduction of the GTA fender emblem or the TTA 'Turbo' emblem, done like that would be a neat little dust collector...
No, really, I'd take one if it was well-done.

If you was to build one that said Iroc-Z on it in the factory style lettering with 2 blue led's I'd buy one.
It would also be cool if you could cut out the plexi in the shape of the bowtie.

or an outline of a Camaro would look cool with like IROC-Z or Z28 or whatever. it might be kinda hard but Id definitely buy one if you had something like that. itd fill up the space more and not be so plain, but you got the right idea.no offense by the plain comment, just my opinion.
