I've got a chip burner, power adapter, data cable, and some flash chips which is all you need to tune your TPI car along with Tunercat and a datalogging program. I used it on my old motor to delete VATS, change injector constants, raise rev limiter, etc, etc. Everything in pics is included. I have the program disc for the burner as well.

Also, this the Batronix chip burner and its not a "data" cable (ALDL), its just a printer cable to communicate your PC to the burner.
