Is it FI or carb? If it's carbed, then it's easy. Four bolts on the side of the engine block. If it's FI then it's probably an in tank pump and you'll have to pull the tank to get to it, or get a new inline pump and plumb that in.

While you're in there you can rip out the smog stuff. It isn't needed unless you have a visual smog inspection. Taking the alt. out would give you a bit more room, but it's still pretty easy to get to. Make sure to get a new gasket for it and clean the surface of the block off before you put the new one on. A little rtv on the gasket wouldn't hurt either to prevent it from leaking.

FINAL
Hey guys I installed it today. It was a bit tricky to reach and stuff but I got it undone easily..One bolt from top one from bottom. My friends dad had to help me put the new one back on cuz i was having trouble aligning it up and fitting that end piece into the hole. But anyway It wasnt so bad. After that we welded a problem in my hood latch, and replaced a plug wire. Thanks for the advice guys. I didnt actually need to remove the alternator or smog pump.:lala: Anyway thx for the advice guys. Youve been more then helpful!
