Come on did you actually expect it to happen?? It seems everyone loves to talk about doing cool things like this but when it comes time to do them they lack the conviction and/or time to devote to such a concept.

I'm interested, but i'm not really interested in huge meetings... it'd be nice if everyone interested just swapped aim nicks or somtehing so if anyone finds themself with some free time on a nice day, they can see if anyone else interested in meeting up is online ..which would likely mean they also have free time.
On a not so disrelated topic, I am in some serious need of suspension work, and i'm without the proper tools to do the bushing removal-install... and my uncle who is basically my teacher in the area, just doesn't have the time to overlook such a job, as it would take me over 2 days to do my frontend suspension by myself since it's not something i've done before. So if anyone knows of any good shops in the area... I already have just about all of the parts required to do the job - it's just a matter of trustworthiness and cost of labor that i'm concerned about. I simply dont have the time to have the car out of duty for 2-3 days.

If you're from my area Josh(Formula355TPI) does a good job. You might have to listen to him whine about various things but he does good work

the topic to the thead tells you where i'm from.
I could probably remove all the necessary pieces, but a couple things I'd probably have to goto a shop to get pressed / installed, like the ball joints and A arm bushings. I'm trying to minimize the amount of 80 dollar an hour labor i'm going to have to pay for here without spending 5 times as long trying to do it myself as opposed to someone who has the right tools. I think those are the two problem parts ...right? I should get in touch with formula355tpi...
If i can get a good price at a shop for doing the ball joints and bushings in the A-arms I should be able to do the front suspension well within a weekend... A wooden block and the right sized pipe should do the trick for the rest of the bushings ...unless i'm missing something.

Thanks Tony... real nice
.. Safe, my labor rate is $50/hour and I use the Mitchell flat rate guide for job estimates. If you would like to stop by so I can take a look at what you have give me a buzz weekdays 10am-10pm.
Thanks,
Josh

Hey Tony how often do you go down Armstrong Park off of Bensalem Blvd? I fish down there all the time, nice to see someone using the location for a photo shoot!
My hats off to josh, great work, and the car is running fine now, thanks again!
On a side not, I'm seeing if anybody wants to hit up a track in the upcoming weeks. I might run, if I don't embarrass myself with the slips I'll receive. But I'm sure some of you other guys want to run your cars. I usually go to englishtown or atco, very rarely do I make a trip to Cecil County for a track meet, but, let me know what you guys think.
