Central Jersey?

Hi , Iam new to this site and this car, I recently purchased a white 92 RS with a 305, and I love it lol. I live in the Plainfield area and want to know if there is anyone else on here in my area. anyway back to the car, it needs some work, like the ground affects and the muffler tips are un-even, but its just stupid stuff. T-Tops dont leak also. anyway thought i'd join the board to help me with the car and get some insight. I guess you could also say my car is a mutt since its got an RS body, a Z28 Spoiler and an IROC hood lol. Couldn't find a place for new members so i thought I'd introduce myself here...

Re: Central Jersey?

If you do your own prep work...the Maaco on Route 35 in Sayreville is supposedly pretty good. But don't ask for the $199 paint job, work with them. A lot of Turbo Buick guys go there for work.

Re: Central Jersey?

The macco in keyport on 35 sucks I had my car painted there and there is areas that they left unpainted and there areas that are faded and i bought the $1000 paint job that they offer.

Re: Central Jersey?

hmm...perhaps the quality has degraded over the years. If they had one good guy that worked there and did all the high end work...that left, that would explain it.
