BIG BLOCK ?
Will a big block fit in my 87 z28? i have a chance to get a buil;t 454 for pretty cheap. my question how much of a pain is it gonna be to get it to fit?

It is actually a pretty simple swap. Unfortunately, your car will no longer pass inspection.

my motor has already been changed to a 70 350 motor. and i got it inspected no problems . it just depends on who u know i guess.

it's not the motor buddy... it's what you put on top of it... if you get a sniffer test and a visual inspection... you need to have the fuel delivery system that is considered an upgrade and that was offered for you body style vehicle... my car came with a carb setup.. I can legally covert it to TPI...
