is there any guys in philly pa, who may happen to have a personal car lift?

i like to work on my own car but its hard for me because i cant afford to buy tools that i need. i was wondering if there was anyone in the philly area or close that would allow me to use their tools and also allow me to pick their brains, to gain mechanical knowledge.

i would pay to rent your tools and time, but i currently don't have a job.
