Where in the bay are you? 4 of us are local, concord, benica, pinole, el cerrito. Of course, 1 doesnt have an engine, the other kinda starts but wont run, one has a monster azz engine in a drag car and one's a 4th gen.. BUT HEY!

I wouldn't say kinda starts but don't run, more like runs like a champ but refuses to idle
IMHO I would like to see someone with more than 2 posts try and organize something

ya know i dont think the number of my posts should have anything to do with whether or not i can organize a club. now with that being said you should also know that i have only have my camaro for about a month now. go ahead and make another judgement on that if you will, fine by me. i think the fact that i love my car and have chevy pride is the ONLY determining factor of whether or not i can organize a group for people, who also love thier cars. so now if that doesnt sound like somethin you would like to be a part of, by all means, dont bother showin up to any get togethers. now with THAT being said, anyone who else is interested, i live in san leandro, but i think if we have members all around the bay, we should def. have meeting spots all around the bay, different place during different months or what have you. my buddy who lives in hayward said that if we get a good show of interest, he will host a site and we can set up shop so to say. so if what i can do is get anyone whos interested to just message me or somethin, ill let ya know if and when things get rollin. peace out

Whoa now don't get all defensive.
I just look at it like you are trying to sell some "For Sale" items and have 1 post, how does anyone know who you are or anything as a matter of fact.
If I were you I'd post up some pics of that "sexy" RS of yours and show up to a couple of meets, then talk about starting something. At least we'd have a good idea then.
But if you want another judgement then ok, do you even know how to drive that thing if you have only had it a month?

Bottom line is like TraviZ said, there's already a Nor Cal 3rd Gen club, why don't you show up to a few of those gtg's.
But you don't have to take my advice

happy? you may think it looks like crap, but i think it is a really good looking car. and yes, i do know how to drive it. i drive it very hard at that. just cuz ive had the car for a month doesnt mean i dont know anything bout the car.

i havent owned previously but i have driven. many times. but ok, believe what you will. i will believe what i will. there is no right and wrong in this discussion, only opinion.
EDIT- naw theres not really any mods to it. its not the original v6. its a different 3.1 that was put in by a previous owner. it has flowmaster 80's on it and they sound really good for a v6. im gonna be puttin alot of upgrades in myself though. im pricin around for cold air intake right now, and i think im gonna get a new 3 core radiator and a lower fan switch. get that baby goin at about 190-195 instead of that grueling 220. i have a list of stuff i wanna do, but im lookin at a good 2-3 years work and a good 5-6 G's goin into it. im thinkin of makin a show car, which would be sweet.
oh, and this whole travis(Z) thing could get weird cuz my name also happens to be travis.
