I see you didn't mention the 170k, slipping trans, or the clunk in the rear.

Very nice lookin' ad.
I'm sure it will get some interested parties, until they see the mileage.
Like you said though, you're not in a hurry.
Maybe some sucker has some cash to burn on it like the guy you said offered you 10K.
Hope it works out for you and you can join the 3rd gen race.

And actually slipping tranny isn't quite what it is.. once in awhile it takes a sec to shift into second because of the different solenoid in it, so it feels like it slips. But that's only under very low throttle.. give it some gas and it'll snap into place every time. And you only notice the clunk if you're OCD like me hahaha It's actually not that bad and has another 30k on it or so before it'll blow I recon.
And i did lovingly drive it.. I just drove it hard... but it was still lovingly

Actually I rarely did burnouts and only once did a donut, so I think that counts as not getting beaten on, compared to most other kid's cars.

yeah Family Guy is classic.
Back to the Future is my all time fav.
I've got quite a bit of memorabilia, including a Hoverboard.
I've got some Star Wars junk too, including a lightsaber, but who doesn't have some crap from that film.

Del, I have to agree with Terrell on this one, I don't have any Star Wars crap or back to the future crap either. Although, I do like the movies, but that's as far as I will take it. But to each his own, and I don't think your avatar is all that bad, at least it's different and we will always know who's post it is, lol.

When I was a kid I played with Star Wars figures etc.
Most of y'all 21 and under didn't experience that I should say.
I have some figures still, but nothing else really from those films besides my lightsaber.

Yeah not everyone feels Star Wars, it's kinda hokey, but it was the 70's/early 80's. Gotta appreciate the effect it had though.
BTTF was more my thang and I think is still relevant for being 20 years old.
To each his own though.
I've just got a bit of an antihero in myself.

So I'm way behind here. I gather that the 25th is being sold but was there a replacement mentioned?

This might be it's replacement mike, I'm talking to the owner via email right now about a trade of sorts:

She's a 305 TPI 5speed IROC, but the engine will be swapped almost immediately for:
350 block
'97 350 Vortec heads
Edelbrock manifold
650 dp carb
CC305 (220/230 @ .50 - 510/510)
Wanna buy a TPI setup??
The car looks great, I hope me and the owner can get together soon.
Del, I've got several of the like 5 inch tall figures from when i was like 5 or 6 still in the packages. I saw fit not to open them. I also have some later ones from episode 1.

Seems like you are looking at some fine looking examples of 3rd gens.
anybody know how the brake line runs for rear discs? I gotta figure out a way to rig up this brake line. On the rear discs is it a single line to the rear that gets T-d off as well? If so could i buy the earls 4 wheel disc line thing and rig it up to make it work somehow? anybody?

lol carbs aren't evil, they're just cheap!!!
and most of you know how ****in cheap i am
Plus i dont want to have to **** with chips or getting a new ecm if i dont want a chip. I wanna just pull out a screwdriver haha
plus my father knows a ****load about carbs, but not very much about FI (being an old dude) so he can help me if I need any.
I'm debating what kind of carb to buy. Even thinking about going 750.

well tony even with your vehile being put in OUTSTANDING it only stands at 4grand private, with a high retail of 6grand on a car lot, thats in outstanding but your car isnt in outstanding
so id be hard to say and gonna need ALOT OF PATIENTS,
if you could get 5-6 for it id try ebaymotors thats where collectors go
or if you wanted to be a crook you could change your gauge cluster to one with under 100K on it and just hope they dont do a car fax
