They're not cheap to rebuild from what I've heard.

Specialty tools needed.

But, once they are set up to Viper specs + the 3-4 steel shift fork, I hear they're pretty bulletproof.

well im getting mine rebuilt and installed for 2200 bucks it includes parts and installation on my ls7 clutch kit.. Parts include steel 3/4 forks, t56 syncro kit which includes carbon fiber blocker, inserts,fork pads,springs, and billet struts. Just a t56 rebuild only with those parts installed, it cost roughly 1200 bucks.
