I'm waiting till I get the new rear.No point in welding them on here to have them go when I swap.

traviz it create access pressure to the fuel pump so it would work harder to suck up the fuel. Thats when u hear a bad whine in the fuel pump and also smell fuel vapors from the rear of the car. That clogged vent trashed 3 oem fuel pump. I installed the holley unit and it was also whining like a cat but it never failed on me.

most of the new car have vents on the gas cap, but on our cars we have the filler neck vent line with a cone shape filter ( i think). That was clogged

Right above the driverside axle tube is a cone like vent. When the fuel tank builds up too much pressure it opens and releases it.If it's clogged, like this one and my 87 was, then you hear the fuel pump stat whining or making a "gurgaling" sound and the car runs funky.

I don't know what you're talking about. The vent that I'm talking about is right above the dr side axle shaft and you just replace that.

LCA's look good Steve.
I went with BMR LCA's and suspension for the most part except for the Spohn SFCs.
I didn't want to pay extra for that adjustable stuff, although my panhard bar is.
Might go this Wednesday again with the Supra, weather permitting.

Clearly looks like a Silverado SS whoopin' up on my lil' bro with his patented e-train launch.

What's Terrell's quote at the start?

"He'll put up a 15!" or something like that

it dosnt feel as powerful as the ta but i think it is a little more powerful to pull a 4000 pound car close to the same time the ta went "13.0 at 108" i dont think it will go that fast but maybe!!!!

I'll have to get back to ya on that one.
I didn't realize this was like a "top-gun" type list.
I'll be lucky to be in the top 5 once these other guys get racing.
Between Jesse's race car and guys using power-adders, they're really in another class and no way I can keep up.
I should be race ready in the next couple weeks though, how about you?

give me about two weeks, the lifters got shipped to me again today. then i just need pushrods and motor mounts. Im thinking I want a new aluminum water pump as well. so ill prolly wait till next paycheck. so by the time that comes around (weekend of dyno) i can prolly actually drop the motor in saturday or so.
hey valencia, have you every dyno'd your motor? and i forgot, what heads are you running again? also if your looking for a bigger cam, i can hook you up with the exact cam I have in my signature. its never been used. 200 bucks for you. still new in box, summit charges 260.

and del, at least you know where you stand with the rest of the N/A motors.
