Good place to host a webpage?

Any suggestions on a new home for my webpage?

I've had this old school AOL/FTP'd site for hella years and they are now closing shop by month's end.

Just looking for a simple arena to host my 1-page spread, some videos, easy to update, etc.

Thanks,

- Del

"Decent" and "Free" don't really belong in a sentence together when you're talking about web hosting. They're out there, but unless things have changed since I was looking last expect crappy adds, stingy monthly bandwidth limits that you'll eat up in no time, and hardly any server space. I'm pretty sure you can get decent domain names and hosting for something like $30/year if you shop around.

Re: Good place to host a webpage?

Thanks, I'll look around some more.

Well if you've seen my current page, it's not exactly state-of-the-art, but no ads really!
Super basic, not a lot of data uploaded, just some pics and vids.
I did write a lot of the html coding myself though, most of it 6-7 years ago, just been updating it over the years.
I'm sure most of the pages now are easy-to-use drag/drop/copy/paste.
