I may be wrong but I thought the Aussie 9 was the strongest of the factory rears in these cars. I thought bout going to a Moser, but thats lookin like 2200 before its all said and done, there is nothing wrong with mine, Im just an idiot for screwing up the backspacing on a special order wheel.

Well guys, I hate to say it, but I can't go thanks to my effing recruiters... Word got around to all the recruiters, and since I am going Special Forces, I am a valuable person to them, so they think it is too dangerous for me to go to sac and race my car. I told them I wouldn't race and it was fine... until my recruited pulled me aside and pretty much told me they don't trust me and I have mandatory workouts Friday the 19th- Sunday the 21st before I leave on the 22nd... This is BS. I am not happy and have been considering telling him to eff off and go try for the Seals... I have been training for the same type of stuff anyway.

You have the rest of your life to race. Tell your dad to bring the car & I'll buy him dinner.

Re: March 20, 2010 GTG - BBQ/Swap Meet/Sac Raceway day!

Ill try to get my dad to go either way... He is going to call my retarded recruiter on monday and if he has a problem with me going, he is going to call HIS superior, and so on... If they refuse to let me go... Navy Seals here I come. I am tired of his ****. He is stupid, we have special forces workouts every saturday and he was in charge of this one and pretty much effed it up as my other (good) recruiter is on leave for a family situation. My Chief Master Sargent = Fat lazy person who doesn't know what is going on and thinks he knows it all.

To me its just the concept. They don't own me and can't tell me what to do. I am valuable meaning let me do what I want, or I don't leave and eff them over either way... I get injured or get mad and don't leave. Let them choose... The slight possibility of me getting hurt racing or them making me mad and effing them over. Like I said, they don't own me yet. I can do whatever I want. They should let me do what I want or I do it anyway and screw them. I have no problem switching to seals.

dont trip bro! This is your future your talking about. Drag Racing will always be here. You go do what you got to do bro! This is way more important that racing or even watching a car race down a strip. I know you will make a good choice little bro! take care! See you soon. Thanks for wanting to fight for me!

Aaron you haven't even seen the inside of the REAL deal and you're already cursing your NCO's. You haven'tg seen anything yet. This guy is just prepping you for 4 years of serving your county. It is not always pretty and you don't get to pick your boss OR quit. Ouch..those are the parts that nobody thinks about alot.

I will chat with the recruiter because it is pretty much BS but it will be the last thing I can probably ever do for you before you figure out how to do it yourself. I will of course drive your car to keep the seals lubricated and the gas fresh while your gone

Make sure the tires rear tires are finished by the time I get back as well... I want to see her being put to good use

I will be going. My dad gave them a call. They can only suggest that I can't go... Just goes to show how some recruiters are liars... My main recruiter didn't have a problem with me going... He's cool. Just his boss feels the need to try and be in control.

Re: March 20, 2010 GTG - BBQ/Swap Meet/Sac Raceway day!

yo Bully- Number One thank you for going out and serving for each and every one of us here in the country. Ur bravery and commitment means the world to me. I served 6 yrs in the Air Force myself and I know its nothing like SEALS, or Special Forces, but a commitment is a commitment.

Number 2, Glad to hear you will be there

Number 3- As difficult as it is, you gotta show some restraint and "military Bearing" when it comes to situations that make your blood boil. It will save your a## in the long run. I know the feeling and I am speaking from experience.

I am a very laid back guy and can take alot of crap. I just don't like this recruiter and I knew he couldn't make me stay. And I had my dad call him to make a point that he isn't all that tough. I would have called him but my dad said he was going to call him anyway, so I let me dad call so my recruiter isn't a jerk to me till I have to ship.

Of course you're welcome.
When you change the "might", to a "for sure", I'll add you +1 to the list.

I've got you and pops as still going Bully. Maybe it will be your day for a 12.999.

I doubt it... Been working out a few bugs since I last went to the track... Having some issues still. I have been focusing on working out more than working on the car before I leave as well...

That won't be very fair then. Maybe someone will let me borrow some slicks...

And actually I think I am currently in first again. This is 2010 buddy and I have already run my car... So I think I am top dog again until someone runs their car.

Like father like son. I was exactly the same way. I shut my mouth the day I left for basic and kept it closed, most of the time, for four years. It really taught me patience. But then again I'm dad so it's going to going to go a lot further hearing it from somebody else.

Yeah dealing with Military instructors was never fun... But it does give you patience and in that field, it is viably important. Cant wait for the GTG. smog and registration this week, chip the week before the GTG. Should be ready to go..... For the most part.

So Dad, are you showing up & racing too? There are going to be alot of Fathers, uncles & other family members there, should be a good turn out.

I'm working on some kick azz Rocklin Automotive T shirts. I'll be giving out a few to some of the fastest/best looking TGO's

Joey, I guess you'll be representing Camaros. I doubt if I can make it. I am working every everyday until I find a Smog Tech that can work for me at my newly acquired shop in Elk Grove. So many cars in the shop right now and appointments are lined up. This is the busiest shop I have own.

jbucago - I've got you + about 3 added and bringing some parts to sell. Pretty sure I've seen your club on youtube before, no?

porky/Eric - You coming for sure? Bringing the IROC?

I'll keep you on for now Bennie, 2+ weeks till the 20th.

For those bringing parts to sell, may be a good idea to bring something to display them on, sheet, table, etc.

Looks like around 25 people thus far, maybe 15+ 3rd gens??

Who else is out there?!?

You know what they say about all work and no play. Close the shop for a 1/2 day. Get spanked by Daddy & go back to work.

Glad to hear you're busy. Thats a good problem, Go MF go!

Sorry, I need a Smog Technician with diagnostic skills. Before I took over, there were 3 employees there. A service writer, smog tech and a general mechanic. I'm on track on doubling those 3 guys last months Gross Sales. If I can get another skilled smog tech then were heading on tripling last month's sales. I'm surprise the shop is busier than Smog Diag in Arden. You know the shop 2 doors down, I have been diagnosing their cars as well You've seen those guys when you approached the roach coach...LOL.

My shop is just some off the wall shop. Not presentable. Although, 2 TGO members have been there and they like it. It's a small shop. It can only fit 14 cars. I already had 13 cars at one time.

Nice. I put you as +5 Joey, so I'm guessing we're at around 30 folks possible.

If you want to do Costco dogs/buns again, I'll supplement with some other food/snacks and will for sure handle condiments/plates, etc.

Hi, I am one of the three that Jbucago from nocturnal motorsports mentioned, if I have access to a trailer then my nice car will come up along with my newest project car, otherwise I will just be bringing the project car. So count me in for at least one car! Not planning on racing either of them but would love to hang out.
