Does anyone know of a yard thirdgen with a 5-speed manual and electric VSS sender (my guess is '87 or newer)? My '86 T5 trans has the cable driven speedo and I'm trying to find the T5 VSS sender (#10456087). GM is out of stock nationwide, so if any of you are heading to the junkyard let me know if you find an electric one off the tailhousing of any T5s you come across, pull it and clip the harness (I'll need a foot of wire at least) and I'll pay you back. Gearing is not such a big deal as I can probably fix any inaccuracy with a Dakota Digital box, but if you new the year/rear end gears it came off of that'd make things a little easier as there wouldn't be as much guessing. i have the pigtail grabbed i but dont need it with my swap. i will check my local yard i pulled my tq mount off a v6 t-5 out there i will see if its been crushed on tuesday.

 

Yeah I don't see the T5's out there too often and when I do they go fast. I guess someday I should pull everything out myself and try to resell it.
