Well after messing around with the damn EGR valve and solenoid, we found a place that actually carries the solenoid. So we ordered two to make sure . We also ordered the t-top covers that I guess my dad had talked to somebody about on Saturday. The performance mod that we ordered yesterday, is the ram air setup from Hawk's: Camaro 85-92 TPI Ram Air Boxes - HT-012. It is down at the grille opening and not at the hood. Should be fun!

Glad you were finally able to find the solenoid, but it's got me just a little bit nervous about what kind of stupid crap like that might be hard to find now...
The cold-air kit sounds OK, but to be real honest, it's not actually necessary to spend the money on an aftermarket setup - I did it myself for less than $30... (Not to criticize, just to present an alternative...)
BTW, where did you find the solenoid?
