Went to a small car show yesterday at a Pep Boys in Colorado Springs.
I wasn't registered, but it got a lot of looks and comments. Had fun! On the way there, I got to play with a street bike.

 

Play nice, now. They won't let you line up with a bike at the strip, with good reason. Don't do it on the street, either. Hope you didn't make him pedal too hard.

I recently purchased the reason why I am a gear head, a 1985, IROC Z, 1C5 RPO code, California Edition Camaro.
I was 8 years old or so when I first saw this car blasting up the street I lived on in California. 28 years later I own it. Crazy!!!!!

What is the parts car? Year, miles, camaro or firebird, all that good stuff

 

83 I think z28, it had the manual in it, all the pedals are gone. It has a pretty clean body and came with edelbrock emissions headers. I assume rear end is stock. Fiberglass hood but it's kinda rough

Looking to perhaps meet up with other third gen owners here in the Springs. I live way up north at the north entrance to the AFA... 88 IROC Convertible, third owner and have owned it the last 11 years (it is my daily driver). Always good to catch up and learn from other car people. By the way anyone know of any 70's Trans Am owners here in the Springs, I just bought a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am 10th Anniversary Edition...
