TPI tuning shop in Wichita?

I have an 87 GTA with a built 355 roller, a ported out TPI upper and the rest of the engine built for a 150 shot of nitrous and the mini-ram it used to have.

I had some electrical issues a few years ago before I parked it that blew out the custom PROM I had. I replaced it with a stock unit just to get it running. It barely runs now, acts like the timing chain is slipping. I had the electrical issue patched up, but it still has the slightly bubba'd original wiring harness.

I work too much to put the time into the car that it deserves, but I want to fix it back up, drive it a little then decide whether to keep or sell it. So, where is the best shop in Wichita to help me bring the car up to date on maintenance and get it relatively reliable after sitting for so long, and is there someplace local that can burn or order a new PROM for me? I don't need maximum power from it or anything, I just want it running strong again.

I have been using Tracy's Automotive on 1st street for the maintenance on my other vehicle, and they've been great so far. I know they would do a good job with this, but I doubt they have much experience with tuning TPI cars and may charge more than I'd like to invest into getting the car reliable again.

Re: TPI tuning shop in Wichita?

Will http://www.rpmwichita.com/ do right by me? I'm thinking get the easy maintenance stuff like plugs, fluids, myself, try to get it running well enough to drive it to my new house, then let them get the more difficult maintenance, alignment, and handle the tuning. They have a dyno here, but I don't know if they can get me in the ballpark with a custom PROM without costing several thousand dollars. I don't really want to pay much more than $1500 to a shop to get the car running well again.
