Word to the wise :-)

If your ride is approaching 100k or more miles and your still running the originals, go ahead and replace them.. Mine were cremated. lol Figure 3/4 inch or so of rubber between each side of the actual mount where the bolt slides thru. I had about 1/4 inch or so of mushed rubber instead of anything resembling a solid..

Should take u a few hrs for the pair, I wouldnt bother trying unless u got a decent 15mm flex socket and some dum dum to hold nuts and washers together while u attempt to reassemble everything.. Also real easy to get the 2 bolts that will make u scratch your head right thru the side of the spring perch :-)

Car feels better in every way and im sure its much happier, and it alos eliminated some knock I've been chasing while datalogging/tuning :-)

that's why i went poly a while back....my factory ones weren't even solid looking more like swiss cheese and this car doesn't even have anywhere near 100k on it.
