Ok. I know my car will never pass Indiana. I've heard something about resgistering it down South Indiana, but dont know much about that? Any of you tried? I read something about Illinois where you can register it as a race car? Are there any requirements for that? I really need to get my car on the road. What can I do. Thanks

Schereville area. It had no smog equipment, its quite old n dirty inside and it had illegal headers.

Any car that isnt psycho wild with a good tune should be able to pass with a decent cat converter on it.

I had a 89 Forumla with a hotcammed 355 with !emissions besides a catco(pure sshhiitt) converter. We have no visual here besides a mirror under the car checking for cat, so there are no illegal headers in Indiana.

If u have that many problems with wires and the headers, either change wires to a good set that routes away from the headers or yank them and have them coated by someon reputable.

Im doubting these headers were made for my car, or they are long tube. Just looked and the headers are bent down the firewall and are ripped open and the y pipe does not align with the header so theats wide open.WTF. So I think I should hide it from the mirror check and itll pass bc of the leakage, Ya think?

This is what I think of Dynomax
, same goes for magnaflow.
Where I work we sell like 3 dynomax mufflers a month. Maybe a muffler-is-a-muffler, but there are many other better brands at your fingertips. Hooker, Flowmaster, SLP cat-back systems, and even borla (as much as I dislike them) make quality mufflers that won't rape your wallet. Even Flowtech makes all types of glasspack and aluminum applications.
Damn alex, pull yourself together man!!!

That's a low blow.
At least I don't have animals living in my car. Maybe your 2 extra cylinders are caused by a squirrel running in a hamster wheel
Anyways,
, if you ever need part #'s let me know. My catalogue collection is legendary, LOL.

Hey, that dynomax ain't got nothing on what i was runnin, you should of heard that thing when i was using it. Classic car alarm trigger. a 3 " dump in front of the axle. I am half tempted to buy another f-body just to use it again. It got me so many races it wasn't funny. Only word of advise is not to drive with alcohol on the breath, cause its a noise violation waiting to happen.
