Can anyone get me a deal on an LS1 caliper bracket?
Need local, need by...like yesterday. One of the pins froze on my caliper bracket.
If anyone has one laying around they were going to use on a brake swap, if I could borrow/buy one from someone, that'd be great.
Otherwise, if anyone works at a dealership or has any connections where they can get one tomorrow (as in Tuesday), PLEASE call my cell, 630-220-2165.
Need to get the Z up and running again, driving the Firebird with no heat is going to be a bit of a pain.
GMPD has it for $60+sh...hoping someone can get one for much less than that :-/ Part number 18026163

Did it freeze in there?
Is it broken or just stuck?
Get a torch and heat it, while applying light pressure.
Just make sure you aim it away from you, cause it will come flying out when it does.
Let me know if u still need one, I might e able to get it a little cheaper, but I wont know for a couple days.

Broke the head off the pin while twisting and heating :-/
Best price so far is $65 and have the part tomorrow from a local dealership.

Is/does it have a GM/Delco part number? (Im assuming so here)
Try and find a parts AC/Delco wholesaler by the name of Motive near you.
They will beat the dealer price.
I wouldnt be able to get prices/parts for a couple days.
