Only one working fuel injector ...what to do?
My 92 has been running pretty rough the last week. I decided to do a tune up. But when I removed the air clean I noticed that the drivers side injector only sprayed on start up.
What should be my next move? Should I change the injector? If so what brand? Should I change both the way you do headlights because the passenger is likely to go? Should I get one from the junkyard to temporary solve the problem? Any tricky issues with changing the injector? Can I fix the injector that is in there or just get a new one?
FYI: 305 TBI, probably has factory injectors on them.

I don't know if it'll help, but I have a few TPI injectors that you can try and see if it is an injector or something else. I have mostly 22 pounders but I may have a set of 19's in this heap I call a garage! How far are you from Elk Grove Village?

if you have a test light just see if it is being commanded on and if so get injectors, if not you have other issues

Injector was bad. I replaced it and the car is back to running fine. In fact it seems to have a bit more...umphhhhh....

Re: Only one working fuel injector ...what to do?
When I was getting my LT1 running, I couldn't get it to fire. Finally gave up after testing all the injector plugs with a Noid light. They were all good, so I did the reverse, wired ground and 12v to each injector listening for a click.
Only 1 clicked. 7 of the 8 injectors were seized. Good thing I had a set of Ford SVO 24# injectors laying around from my old TPI engine.
Thanks Jeremy, still running, years later.
